I've been going here for years. They always did a nice job, until yesterday. This time, the man who did my pedicure cut the back of my heel with a dead skin exfoliator. It was way too big for my heel. He was moving too fast and too aggressively. The skin he tore was the size of a large blister and it bled. Instead of offering simple first aid, he put my foot back into the water and kept going with the pedicure. Only stopping when I saw the blood and said something.
