DO NOT GO HERE. this unfortunately was the worst mani/pedi I have ever had. I told them my concerns and how I would appreciate at the bare minimum a discount. I showed them the jagged edges, the unpainted sides, the lumpy nails, and the messy job and they told me no. They told me they would fix them but I did not want to spend another minute in there. the kid that did my pedi had 0 clue what he was doing. He didn’t remove the nail polish. He didn’t know how to remove an ingrown nail. He didn’t understand what I was asking and nobody else did either. I used to live coming here, but this was the last time.

Left with either a hair or bristle from brush. I couldn’t see it clearly because of angle noticed when I got home. I had asked for my cuticles to be done, the nail tech used the drill to drill my cuticles instead of cut/clip. Two nails have chipped. I feel like a step was skipped. I called to get refund and they offered to have the same person re-do my nails. I actually don’t want the same person, because he clearly does not know how to do nails.
