The home itself was clean, well-kept, and lovely. Unfortunately, the customer service experience significantly detracted from the stay. After submitting my payment, the onboarding messages felt unnecessarily threatening in tone. I then received a phone call from Lisa that I found intimidating, including statements about surveillance, restrictions on visitors, and pets. We rented the Americana house and the Paris Suite, which are all located in one large house, from Bella Beach Rentals. We reserved the house for 9 adults (one 16-year-old ended up staying somewhere else) a 10-year-old and a 12-year-old, and one baby. The house was very comfortable for us. We all had very nice rooms. The house is beautiful and in good shape. I reported that the dishwasher was downright dangerous, with the hinges loose. Once loaded, the bottom rack would just roll out onto the floor. This is my first time staying at the Bella Beach vacation rentals and it is a horrible experience. I am currently as of writing this review having to take the Bella Beach vacation rental company to court over them trying to take my security deposit claiming I stained their bathtub with purple hair dye. To the point where they’d have to remodel the tub I would encourage anyone reading this review to look at the photos for themselves and to not go to this property or rent from this company Ever. this company is willing to try ... read more
