We got burnt badly by Bellabay. They pressured us to sign a contract that disadvantaged us in some shady ways. We had to hire a lawyer, who told us he knew about Bellabay's bad behavior already. Be extremely wary of anything they tell you. Object to narrow deadlines. ⏩HAVE YOUR OWN REALTOR OR LAWYER READ ANY DOCUMENTS BEFORE YOU SIGN THEM!! ⏪

Bellabay often has great properties at good prices, though their online listings should have more complete info, and sometimes more photos.
After trying to contact realtors that are in your group their mailboxes are full when you get them your number they don’t return your call and then I call the head office and head office phone number you cannot leave a message and when you can leave a message there’s nobody available there I would not recommend you guys to anybody
Debra Erway, in Middleville, is the only realtor I will deal with.... she is THE BEST 😘😘😘... if you want to sell your house get in touch with her!!!
