I had such a great experience touring Bell Warner Center! Sierra was amazing, super friendly, informative, and made the entire tour experience so enjoyable. We’re still on the apartment hunt, but this property is definitely at the top of our list! I loved the building, and the apartments are so spacious compared to others we’ve toured around LA. I have enjoyed living here! Sierra and Corey in the front office are very helpful and responsive to anything I need when it comes to living accommodations. The maintenance team is very prompt at fulfilling request.
Noah our wonderful maintenance man, has been the GREATEST maintenance I’ve ever had in California at bell warner apartments. He answers every and I mean EVERY service call quickly. He’s always knowledgeable about the job and even takes time to teach me about how to fix and maintain appliances and other important parts of the apartment unit. I greatly appreciate him and pray some day he gets a raise salary at $250,000 annually.
