Garbage payment machine denied every card. The online payment costs 0.5 extra
Worst parking garage ever all doors locked when we went to get our car
I use spot hero to book my parking spot. The experience was easy and I think they scan your license plate and let u in. Parked there for 5 hours from 4-9pm weekdays. Cost me $15.
On 2024 November 10th, we entered into this parking lot without being presented any paper for paying later.I thought it was free because it was a Sunday that day. When we came back to the car. I found a parking ticket on my dashboard which asked for $98 as a fine. I immediately made calls twice to this “imperial parking” company but nobody pick the calls.
