The hotel is sandwiched in between a restaurant and what I think is a parking garage,, so it is extremely loud and smells pretty badly in the rooms. All of the furnishings, carpeting, elevator, etc., very outdated. The absolute worst part was that my room was above the alley, where all of the used fryer and cooking containers are, and my window got stuck open and never fixed so I had the smell grease for three days. I don't know how you can not have hot water at a hotel. When asked we were told that we were 10th room complaining about no hot water. They suggested we regulate the hot water in the shower by using the water in the sink which also did not work. The fitness room is in a glorified closest and the elliptical machine was not operable. I understand you pay for location, but at these prices you would hope some of the basics would be available as well.

Only good thing about this place is the location. Old hotel, out dated rooms, I tried to turn the heat on in my room and the temperature actually decreased by 7 degrees instead. They even lock the front doors at night which is fine, but they answered the phone with an attitude like we were bothering them by having to open the door for us.

Other than a few issues with getting hot water in our room, our stay was lovely. The manager was very accommodating and went out of his way to help us with a last minute printing need. The front desk staff was warm and kind. Getting our car in and out of valet parking was easy peasy and prompt. You can’t beat the location. We appreciate the team working to make our stay enjoyable.
