Bell Title Company is incompetent and unprofessional. I had the experience of a dual closing with this company. Everything went well with the title company my RE agent and I used. However Bell Title repeatedly delayed timely processes by their non responsiveness with signatures and inquiries. Furthermore, I have been trying to resolve a DWSD bill issue since May 29, 2025. Bell Title and their RE agent refuse to address the matter. NOW I have no other option but to take necessary action of filing a complaint with MI DIFS.

This has been the worst experience of my life. Richard Warren is incapable of returning phone calls or getting any paperwork done in a timely manner. He will lie to you week after week day after day, giving you the same story over and over and over. We have been trying to close on our home with all the paperwork gathered ('by myself) because Richard Warren's was unable to make phone calls and gather the information that he needed I had to go and gather that information.
