Rich has always done a very good job on closings
they said they recieved my paper work for a land purchase ,they never got back with me, i left 2 emails and 1 message in a 2 week period. i called another branch , they said they would find out why. never got a call back from that either....
Bell Title Company is incompetent and unprofessional. I had the experience of a dual closing with this company. Everything went well with the title company my RE agent and I used. However Bell Title repeatedly delayed timely processes by their non responsiveness with signatures and inquiries. Furthermore, I have been trying to resolve a DWSD bill issue since May 29, 2025. Bell Title and their RE agent refuse to address the matter. NOW I have no other option but to take necessary action of filing a complaint with MI DIFS.
