Had an initial consultation on my bathroom back in February. Bell Tile helped me with some different ideas for my bathroom project and they'd get back to me in a couple weeks. Now it's close to five months later and I had to reach out to them again. COVID or not, they responded by, "I am so sorry, we won't be able to do your project. With all this going on we are behind. Thank you very much for the opportunity." Bell Tile must only care about larger projects than small bathrooms.
