What a joke. Chris Steiner told us there was an open house for a townhouse that we could go to instead of scheduling a time to look at the place. We show up, and no one is there. Completely unprofessional.
Tried to rent a property Christoper was showing, who appears to be the sole proprietor here, and he was extremely difficult to get ahold of. We applied gave our personal information and I’m left feeling scared our privacy was breeched. Very poor customer service and definitely unprofessional.
Terrible Service, Chris S. is unprofessional and extremely rude. They charge ridiculous fees and will not justify. Save your time and money and hire a real property management company - NOT THIS ONE!
