Living here has been an absolute nightmare, characterized by gross incompetence, poor management, and a constant effort to nickel-and-dime residents at every turn. Note: Do not trust the high ratings here. Management aggressively pushes prospective visitors to write positive reviews immediately after a quick tour. "Water leak, knocking sounds from bathroom and kitchen ceiling, upstairs noise, and unresolved rotten-egg water odor." I strongly do not recommend moving to this building. This experience has raised serious concerns about how management handles basic tenant rights, including the right to a habitable living environment, proper notice, and coordinated repairs.
