I recently moved from Marina Del Rey to Bell South Bay and was delighted by how smooth and welcoming the entire experience has been. The staff is amazing! Isadora and Kirsten, along with the entire maintenance crew, have been wonderful throughout the whole process—from our initial tour to our move-in. The facility is very well maintained, and we are extremely happy with the customer service. Everyone has been responsive, helpful, and welcoming. We highly recommend looking to rent here! Very Calm & Quiet. Neighbors Are Friendly & Respect The Privacy Of Others.
I moved in fairly recently and I genuinely love this place. The modern style apartments are exactly what I was looking for and having a 24/7 gym is just incredibly convenient. All of this for a very reasonable price given how centric the location is. The staff is really friendly too, though they are a bit difficult to reach by phone. Overall I highly recommend it, best apartment I've rented
I needed to find a new apartment quickly (I had less than a week) due to a new job. I was introduced to Isadora Ruiz, the Assistant Community Manager, when I visited Bell South Bay and she was extremely helpful in answering all my questions, helping to get all my concerns addressed, and facilitating a quick application process.
