My neighbor was looking into getting a new roof, so he called Miguel at Bell Roofing. I asked my neighbor that when Miguel comes over to give the estimate, to see if he could come by our house and take a look at ours. Our roof was 18 years old and our gutters always had issues with the leaves and whirlybirds. Miguel came over and went up on the roof to take a look. Miguel was very helpful. I had 3 leaks and was just going to try to repair them. He took the time to go up with me on the roof and properly inspect. Showed me why it was leaking. Ultimately I went for a new roof. His price was great and he's just a nice fella. During the install they take pictures which was nice. AND there were actually a bunch of other leaks he found and showed me, which had just not ruined my ceiling yet. We did a new metal roof for our porch. Miguel and his team are extremely professional. Their price are competitive. Communication was easy and timing were fully respected. The crew was very polite and professional letting the place very clean when they left. We strongly recommend this company.
Miguel and his crew did a fantastic job, replacing our gutters and downspouts. They had previously replaced the old singles of our roof with an entirely new roof system in 2016. So, having them back was an easy decision due to the quality of their work and excellent customer service! Thank you Bell Roofing!!
Miguel and Mike at Bell did a phenomenal job on a full replacement siding and gutter job for me this summer. The crews were efficient and skillful, knocking out the project in 3 days. Both Mike and Miguel stopped in a handful of times along the way to ensure workmanship. The quality of work and attention to detail (caulking, flush edges etc.) made me a very happy customer. Also the pricing was more reasonable vs. quotes from 2 other local outfits. A+ job, would recommend to anyone.
