Dr. Jarvis is an amazing vet and I highly recommend her! She genuinely loves animals, and is so kind and compassionate with their owners as well. What I especially like about her is that she's so patient answering questions and explaining things in understandable terms. She also does a lot to support the animal rescue community.
I have owned pets all my 40 something years of life, lived in several states and have moved more times than I can count, which meant, constantly needing to find new vets with each move. I honestly have never known any vet as knowledgeable and compassionate, to not just animals, but their fur-parents, too! Dr. Jarvis sets the bar and is the best you will find! I don't even live in the area anymore, but I would make the drive just to know my "kids" were in the best hands possible.
I don't trust anyone else with my animals. Dr. Jarvis is one of the most compassionate vets I have ever met. She truly cares for every single animal she meets like they are her own. Whenever I bring my dogs into her office my worries are quickly put to rest with quick diagnoses and treatment plans. I started adopting and fostering dogs at a young age so when anything major was needed she always worked with me financially if I struggled. She has saved my dogs lives on multiple occasions. I reccomend Dr. Jarvis to every person I know who has a fur-baby! She truly cares for your pet and will stop at nothing to make them better. My 3 rescues have no shortage of medical challenges (everything from allergies to reconstructing a new private for my hermaphrodite pug!) but she has been there every step of the way. At one point even spending her own time researching other helpful/affordable methods to treat my all my babies. I remember the sinking feeling I had in the pit of my stomach when I heard that Dr. Jarvis had moved away from Phoenix. What was I going to do with my "baby-girl" (Tuesday) if she got sick or hurt, or just needed shots? Dr. Jarvis has always gone above & beyond for all of her patients. The animals in Sedona are lucky to have her!
Dr. Jarvis and the staff at Bell Rock are without a doubt the most caring, knowledgeable, and genuine staff I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Dr. Jarvis treats each patient like family and is always on the dogs level giving plenty of chin and belly scratches during appointments. My dogs actually like going to the vet to see her and I couldn't imagine taking my dogs anywhere else!

Dr. Jarvis is the most caring and compassionate vet I've ever been to. My dog likes to eat stuffed animals, which led to a bowel obstruction. Dr. Jarvis got the symptoms over the phone, had a possible diagnosis, my dog was rushed in to verify, and surgery was done that day. Had it not been for Dr. Jarvis, my baby might not be here now. She treats these animals like her own, and makes sure they get the best care possible. She was even available after hours when I had concerns about recovery.
