I wanted to say thanks to the staff at Bell Road RV, Phillip, the service manager helped us greatly. We had a water leak in our RV while traveling through on January 20, 2020. They were able to get us in and make repairs same day. Very fair in price as well. The tech Albert who made repairs found some other items we didn’t know about, did repairs at no charge. Good People!
. 1/1/2020 WOW!, was I ever WRONG about this shop!!! Three months and $13,000 later, we finally got out RV back yesterday. And the list of problems is SERIOUSLY ALARMING. All we wanted was a new awning (removed by us after tree damage). Phillip, the Service Manager, insisted that the roof and some siding also had to be replaced or they would not replace the awning. Excellent service. Caring technicians. Experienced, knowledgable employees. FREE RV class taught in easy-to-understand terminology. They conveyed that they love what they do and want you to love RVing, too!
Thought I had a massive electrical failure on my Jayco travel trailer. Tom, at the service desk, was extremely helpful. His #1 piece of advice: "If you have 2 batteries, replace them both at the same time!" Pairing a new battery on my trailer with one that was already 5 years old was a prescription for disaster. Thanks Tom!!!
I have been taking my horse trailer here for annual maintenance and repair and these guys are always nice!
