I want to warn others about my experience at Bell Road Mitsubishi. I put down a $3,000 down payment on a vehicle in good faith, believing the deal and financing had been approved. Shortly afterward, the financing apparently “fell through,” and the dealership took the vehicle back. Instead of simply unwinding the deal and returning my money, they have refused to refund my $3,000 down payment. The situation became extremely uncomfortable and intimidating. There was a new maintenance issue that was recommended to be handled during my oil change. The service advisor took care to make sure that it was was handled during my visit.
If I could give this place 100 stars, I would!! My husband and I came out from Yuma AZ, for the Padres home opener game, and stayed at the hotel right across the street from the park, and as we started our car this morning, to head back home on our 3 hr drive, it made the loudest sound, kinda like a lawn mower, so we quickly took it to the nearest Mitsubishi service center, and from the moment we arrived, we have NEVER received customer service like we did at this auto center!!
