Slumlords who only care about money. They don't care how their tenants live or how the homeowners in their neighborhood feel. They don't care, they just want their money. I don't think they use any of that money to repair the place or keep it up to code.cause they dont!!!
Absolutely awful experience with Bell Realty. I typically do not write reviews online, however, I feel as though I should warn people about the management at Bell Realty. I am a student at the University of Oregon and while I was residing in one of their apartments, I had to file a restraining order against my roommate since she was threatening physical harm.
