Ann did a faulty appraisal of my house. She ignored Solar system, Security system, a whole BEDROOM! and committed several other more detailed errors. She did her job very irresponsibly and I also didn't enjoy communicating with her as she was indifferent and impatient. She should have been retired several decades ago.
