I own a home with a shared fence for one of the properties they manage. I have called, emailed and written letters for the past year and a half to get the fence repaired. They DO NOT RETURN calls and the fence is not repaired in all this time. I only gave them one star because I could not submit my comment without doing that. Horrible business practices.

Would not accept military housing has previous housing for their 3 years of housing history. Would not accept VA benefits as income. When I attempted to explain it and talk to the manager I was swiftly hung up on and got a letter saying I was denied based off my demeanor. My previous landlord in Eugene told me he used them until he watched their maid clean a fridge that was already clean in his unit and charge a ridiculous amount for just cleaning the fridge.

Poor communication and said we could get are application fee back but lied add very dicrimtive to disabled people and had discussing apartment completely not taking care of saw mold would never rent from them
