Thanks to Jamie I was ablel to recover funds from a horrific escrow disaster. This was my first time purchasing in an HOA and without her help I would have been lost. She did the job of my agent and the escrow officers. Once I moved in I had an issue with my neighbor and Nicole helped me solve my issue right away.

I am the Board President of a 100 unit condo building in Studio City. I have worked with Bell since January of 2009 and with employees that work there prior to 2009. I have always been happy with the services provided. Many do not know that a HOA is basically run by the Board of Directors and management simply does what is instructed by the Board.
