I am a multiple property owner and 10 year customer of Bell Properties This afternoon I received a repair request from the manager, with photos, which I promptly approved (the price was very reasonable). LITERALLY within 3 hours I received photos of the completed project!!! There is no better communication or customer service available!!! Highly recommend!!!
I had to move quickly and was feeling overwhelmed, but Christine at Bell Properties completely turned things around for me. She helped find a new tenant right away, always followed up quickly, and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. She truly went above and beyond. Which is something you don’t see often in this industry! Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made all the difference. I’m incredibly grateful for her help and would -highly- recommend working with her!
It’s hard to find a good place were the maintenance cares but Bells maintenance staff goes above and beyond to help no matter what’s wrong. Jake M is really a stand of figure at this place ensuring all the work gets completed on time and ensuring all tenants are happy and comfortable I couldn't have found a better place to live.
These are the most wonderful people and they really care about your family and needs
The best rental experience I have ever had! Everyone is friendly, maintenance requests are handled promptly, and they are super accommodating. My spouse and I love our home. We would stay here for much much longer if we didn't have to relocate halfway across the country for work purposes. The only thing that I don't care for having our unit being shown while we still live here. I understand why this happens, but regardless it is a little annoying. Though this is just a nitpick on my part. :)
