The best rental experience I have ever had! Everyone is friendly, maintenance requests are handled promptly, and they are super accommodating. My spouse and I love our home. We would stay here for much much longer if we didn't have to relocate halfway across the country for work purposes. The only thing that I don't care for having our unit being shown while we still live here. I understand why this happens, but regardless it is a little annoying. Though this is just a nitpick on my part. :)
People are always looking for the best places to rent. I want to talk a sec about Bell Properties. I’ve lived in a unit they manage for a year and 9 months and just moved to a bigger unit. They care so deeply about the job they do. So the next time you’re looking to rent…or buy… I suggest you start there.
I had a “Karen Jacks” from Bell Properties reach out to me unexpectedly. I was concerned with how this person got my cellphone number. They told me they were given my phone number by their broker. About 30 minutes later I get another text that reads. “ I was showing a client. Are you interested in help with Real Estate or not”? I originally rated Bell Properties a 1-Star and that was because they took over my lease and I did not receive the full balance for my deposit and didn’t receive communication from them. However after reaching out they had difficulty with the old owner of the property I was leasing and the lack of communication from the old owner made it hard for Bell Properties to give an accurate response.
