My experience at this property 349 S La Fayette park pl was extremely disappointing, but the move-out process was by far the worst part—primarily due to the conduct of Cornell Sewell property manager. When I provided notice to move out, I was wrongfully accused of owing an additional month of rent, despite following the proper procedures outlined in my lease.
