My experience at this property 349 S La Fayette park pl was extremely disappointing, but the move-out process was by far the worst part—primarily due to the conduct of Cornell Sewell property manager. When I provided notice to move out, I was wrongfully accused of owing an additional month of rent, despite following the proper procedures outlined in my lease. I originally moved into this property 349 S La Fayette park pl during the pandemic when my one-bedroom unit was priced at $1600 month-to-month. At the time, it seemed reasonable and manageable. However, after several years of residing here, I can confidently say the experience has deteriorated to the point where the stress and ongoing issues far outweigh any initial affordability.
