Joe from Bell Plumbing was efficient and thorough. He worked within our time schedule and explained all work before he began.
I was having leaking in the wall.had to cut into the wall. It was minor but the rate came to over $450 per hour. Bell won’t rip me off again. I will not use them again
My installer was exceptional! Very polite, very professional and performed the installation in less than two hours. He was very considerate of my property and made sure nothing was damaged (walls and stairs) when he removed the old heater and brought in the new one. VERY IMPRESSIVE SERVICE! I will be using you guys again in the future! 👍👍
I’ve used Bell for years, and I’ve been satisfied with the service every time, because they do things well. This time Joe DeFelice was the technician who came by to do regular maintenance on our flash hot water heater. Joe was friendly, professional, efficient, and polite, and with a good sense of humor. He checked everything out and I am happy with the result, and, too, am happy to recommend him for his excellent work. It’s been the same with the other Bell technicians who have come by before. Excellent company!
Just used a tech to come fix a dripping faucet in a tub. First the tech didn't have what he needed so went back to shop. Which was a pain for me and then he charges me $777.00 to fix a faucet. Never again. So disappointed. We have used bell for many years . I was shocked. What is the part made of gold and diamonds. Done.
