I’ve enlisted Bryan’s help a couple times in a few years. He is prompt, always friendly, and does amazing work on this old house. Thanks again guys!
Owner easily and quickly gets upset. Bryan didn't like that I asked him for better communication after he didn't get back to me as he said he would. Then two days before the start of a large job I planned out with him weeks in advance, he backed out of the job which created a major headache for me during an important part in the construction of my house. I would not recommend this business if your looking for a friendly attitude and a commitment to getting the job done.
My elderly mother has a vision issue and placed her bill among other things. Several months later it was discovered. We called Bell and apologized explained circumstances and paid bill immediately. Best part was Bell assured us my mother could still get services if needed. What a relief. Wonderful customer service!!!!
