Was waiting to post this review until we got our plates for the car. Did not want any retaliation from this dealer. On 3/2/24 my son and I went in to see a car that Bell Mitzubishi had listed. Isaias (salesman) had been in contact with my son during the week. Funny how when they are trying to sell you a car, the phone calls and communication are non stop....until you purchase and have an issue. One of THE most unorganised unprofessional dealerships I have EVER been to in my 62 years. Salesman couldn't make a single decision without checking with Management! People running around like chickens with their heads removed. No movement whatsoever on the price. Had it not been for my wife wanting that particular vehicle, we would have walked out immediately. That day there was practically a fight going on just outside your doors. The guy wanting to fight a salesman inside, but waited outside your doors to confront him.... read more

I found exactly what I was looking for, went to the dealer and left with my new car a few hours later. No haggling, no pressure... just a friendly, easy sales experience all around. From the salesman to the owner, everyone is professional and welcoming. John and Neil were especially helpful in making this transaction seamless. Loving my new Eclipse Cross!
