Simply a great venue to see live music. Great front bar....Great back room. The Bell House is all you'll ever need.
The New York Burlesque Festival was great for The Bell House. The stage was huge and plenty of room for the entertainers. Lindsay Lowe Eyewear was impressed with The Bell House giving there own supply of tables for the vendors. The sound system was perfect that you can have a conversation and listen to the music and dance. The parking is another story for out of towers and vendors. Facebook keeps nagging me to review this venue so here goes. It's a great, spacious performance space that hosts various events including but not limited to dance/club nights (lots of nostalgia–think 80s and 90s nights), concerts, storytelling workshops, comedy, and live tapings of popular podcasts and NPR specials. The Bell House (which is located in Gowanus) is actually an offshoot of Union Hall in Park Slope. It attracts the same kind of talent and clientele.
