Had an all-around good experience with Bell Mechanical from the helpful 'new guy' who answered the phone and all of my questions and especially from Marco who came and serviced the central A/C in our new home today. It turns out we had a couple of installation issues that Marco noticed right away (our plenum has no dampers to throttle airflow, and part of the drain pipe from the air handler is much too small). Anthony stopped by today to check my AC unit that was not blowing Cool air. He was very nice and explained what he was seeing and what was causing it. I appreciated that. Even reached out to my building’s super to follow up on his findings. Thank you!

Today I had a new A/C and heating unit installed. Big job. Ardie and his crew were here and they couldn't have been more professional and kind. They wore their shoe covers the whole time and took excellent care of my furniture. The work was done in excellent time and with the least disruption. I cannot say enough about Ardie and his demeanor. He has the best attitude and manners. On another note, a week ago I had a young man, Marco, repairing the old A/C. He was helpful and kind and answered all my questions.
