A recent condo purchaser at Sparrow Ridge, I contact Bell to take care of a few issues in the inspection report. I sign up as a client and as time went on some questions and issues came up. They are very responsive and the people who serviced my home were neat, clean and knowledgeable. today our basement was without electric heat, Travis came after lunch and fixed it. Great people to work with.
My furnace died on the first really cold night of the year. Bell was able to replace it within two days of estimate. I'm very happy with the service we received.
After my frustration with Bell I am updating my review. Giovani, one of the executives, has personally reached out to me, heard me out and understood my anger ( which was not towards the service or the job done by the mechanics but rather the charges, and he rectified the situation to my satisfaction. Therefor I am editing my previous review and giving 5 stars for the personal touch and customer satisfaction. Thank you Giovani!
On Friday, December 27th two Bell employees, Frank and Dave, came to wrap insulation around ductwork in our basement. They were respectful, professional, and explained the process before they started. Their attention to detail resulted in the ductwork looking clean and brand new. We appreciate their hard work and leaving the basement clean and neat.
We had two Carrier air source heat pumps installed over a year ago by Bell. The installation went well and the units were up and running right away. They worked beautifully until just before Thanksgiving this year, when the one serving our ground floor went out. The tech came to service it and a part that needed to be replaced took over a week to come in. (Understandable: Thanksgiving and all that.) The tech came back with the part but it still didn't work.
