This man is deadly. And that is fact. E severely overprescribed me and I nearly died, unknowingly. Not only that my children were in danger. He did this intentionally.
So, I read his complaint with ND which was from 1994! Not sure when he was in Iowa if he has been in ND since the 90s. But he didn't have his license revoked, it was suspended and it was for the misuse of prescription drugs. I Love Dr. BELL!!!. He goes above and beyond for myself (Bipolar). MY Young son (ADHD). In fact Carmen the front office manager personally works with helping to get the school to cooperate and abide by his 504 stipulations. Ive seen Dr. Bell since 2014. We hit a rough patch with the downturn of the oil field. We moved back home for 8 months.. i couldn't afford to pay my bill. I owed them over $500. There is nobody in this town I can rely on like them. I went into there office when we got back and apologized for not paying my... read more
