Piss poor service and shoddy workmanship
Absolutely shocked by the terrible patient service from their receptionist called Chloe. Having been a patient on this practice's system, I phoned to book an appointment with the dentist. Chloe had no willingness to comprehend my situation and even when I explained it to her, she was totally ill-mannered, discourteous, smirked and was raising her voice at me and falsely blaming me for being rude.
