Got a referral from my doctor on the 14th of January, apparently this referral was "sent back" for some reason to my GP at Community Physicians Center. I waited on a phone call for 2 months because I was told they were busy. Upon calling them, they directed me to Community, who directed me back to them. They then took another 2 weeks to set up an appointment (for this month June 11th) and I asked at the time if they could give me a call because my insurance was changing and I needed to know if it was covered. Assembly-line feel to the care here -- Slap on a diagnosis and some drugs, then out the door. Office policy, especially regarding cancellations, is harsh, considering the types of difficulties the patients going there experience. The front office staff is rude and condescending. When running a professional office, reprimanding patients like school children is unacceptable. Will be seeking care elsewhere. Very disappointed.
