Got my first pair of hearing aids there. Worked great For many years. They were always helpful and made repairs without cost. Insurance paid for my second pair. Unfortunately, not from Bell hearing and they are junk. They charge 25 dollars for the simplest of repair and cleaning. I will definitely go to Bell for my next pair.
Always very professional and went the extra mile for us always
I was on vacation and one of my hearing aids didn’t seem to work. Called the manufacturer and got the name of the closest place which was Bell. Another place I called wanted me to get a hearing test, etc. All I needed was someone to look at them to see what was wrong. It was a bit of a drive but so happy I decided to go. It was a very simple fix (I had neglected to clean them in a while) total cost $ 4.99. The gentleman I spoke with on phone was wonderful and even nicer in person. I HIGHLY recommend this place!
