I am very disappointed in this place thus far. I call in regards to a “critical recall”. Make appointment just to get there and them tell me they got to order parts. I scheduled 2 weeks in advance. In addition to missing work once, ill be doing it twice.! Mayve, who knows as they could not schedule due to lack of knowledge to get basic parts that was just in stock. Just frustrating
They have been nothing but rude to me i went in too look at a new truck and the sales person sat me down and showed me car fax he wasn’t engaged with me at all just seemed like he wanted me to leave, so i bought a vehicle somewhere else where they would help me and i called them to get my trans fixed and the lady hungup on me for zero reason at all
