Everything about my experience was phenomenal! Seriously, the clean modern layout, plenty cabinets, the maintenance staff, the office staff, the gym has EVERYTHING. If/when they get a pool, it would be 10/10.
Bell Estates are very well maintained I love the customer service from the first hello to the last will send you a link. It is a gorgeous property. It has all the amenities that you could ever ask for is a very pleasant place. I would love to live here. Hopefully, everything goes well.
I put in the request to get my icemaker fixed and the very next morning the maintenance man, Rick, arrived and did the repair. He was friendly, efficient, fast, and cleaned up everything!
