Disappointing Experience at Belle Estates To start on a positive note, the apartment complex is well-maintained on the exterior and in the internal hallways. However, beyond that, my experience was frustrating, primarily due to the lackluster service from the front office staff, Jo and Mike. While they seemed well-intentioned on the surface, their follow-through on service requests was severely lacking. One major issue arose when our refrigerator stopped working.
