Dr. Kokolis was professional and communicative. He was great about dealing with problematic insurance codes. Absolutely recommend this guy.
front office manager was unprofessional, antagonizing and challenging. instead of offering her professional knowhow around insurance and procedure it was the complete opposite. I was seen but my issue never resolved and am waiting for 2025 Jan to get the right dental work done as promised and followed through to completion.
I am of the firm opinion that Dr. Michael Kokolis is possibly the best dentist in the USA!! and I heard the same comment from other people as well. He is extremely knowledgeable with a lot of experience and very generous with his busy time schedule. What impresses me every time is his ability to diagnose and fix my teeth the best way possible. His staff is also world-class, especially George, who is in charge of the lab, dentures, etc. He is amazing.
Horrible experience, long wait, the place is disorganized, woman who does x-ray doesn’t know what she is doing putting dirty cover and laughing. On top they are scamming insurance and people. They told me the insurance doesn’t cover the x-ray charged me $180 , when I called the insurance they said it’s covered, didn’t provide the service to treat my gum disease. Be aware of this place.
