I lived at Bell for one year and the first 3 months were great. The entire staff seemed really nice and helpful. However, for the remaining 9 months and including the move-out I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and blatant lack of concern for the tenants. Our downstairs neighbor was a heavy smoker, and despite closing our doors and windows the smoke smell would come into our apartment several times a week.
