Assistance was prompt and work was very good.
Outstanding custom build and installation of my completely sealed crawl space with door.
The representative was courteous and competent. Did the work with no supervision.
Tech was friendly, but work was not great. He left a sticky mess in places, did not successfully place the outside dryer vent on securely so that when the heat came out of it the sticky stuff just melted away, and he did not check on with us at all upon competing work!
Sloppy work. Not sure storage room was sealed. Calling Terminx to do an inspection to make sure the work was done properly.
