I have been living here for about 2 weeks now. So far I have had a good experience. Unfortunately some of the appliances are still being worked on like my washer, I’ve have a few sink leaks but the maintenance has been very attentive and have tried to fix it ASAP. Everyone is friendly the area I live in is very quiet. I have seen a few spiders but nothing a little pest control can’t fix. My kids love it here SO FAR. (: I will update yall later lol
Aircondition and ventilation in Master's berdroom no vent at air at all. Requested Maintenance then almost 2 weeks, said request and work completed but nobody came at least once. How did that happened? So I came to office and told my concern. They said someone will come, yeah someone came and just checked if everything is okay. Said need to change thermostat and scheduled today to checked AC wires. Someone came but only changed the thermostat. But the worst thing was since they changed thermostat, it is not cooling at all. When I moved in, the water heater did not work, I couldn't get a hold of maintenance, and I had to heat pots of water to bathe my kids. Maintenance doesn't fix anything. They cancel all your work orders. When we moved, i noted tears in the living room flooring and bedroom, bad patch jobs on several doors, and burnt out light bulbs, heating elements needed replacing, OTR microwave stopped working, and other work orders that had never been addressed by maintenance which they would later bill me for.
