Repeated CAR THEFTS! Reporting doesn’t help. Car jacking and theft are pretty common here at Bellcove. ROACH INFESTATION: Over 12 treatments in 4 months and still crawling with roaches. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER: Managers keep getting fired, so every few months you start over explaining the same issues. If only I can rate this place with zero star . I work close to this apartment so It's convenient to live here. But when my neighbor next door moved out I can't explain why all of a sudden so much cockroaches everywhere. Even on the ceiling they are crawling. You clean every night before u go to bed making sure no food around but in the morning a lot of them. Buy all those roach killer I can think of. They help once but after few days it's still there . One word… ROACHES UPDATE AFTER 2 years: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST As a disabled mother of four, I moved into Bell Cove hoping for stability — instead, I experienced one of the most stressful and unhealthy housing situations of my life. Our unit had a severe roach infestation on the first day moving in that made me sick and triggered my disability. We have lived here for about a year and things were pretty good when we got here. We recently started having a roach problem when our neighbors left and there has been very little done to help us. We have requested help but only apparently traps have been placed. We were told the extermination company that services the complex would be able to spray and were told they did but we have not seen any change.
I currently live at Bell Cove Apartments. The pool has been down for the last few days. Management has changed hands a few times since I’ve been here hard to keep up who works in the office now for maintenance maintenance seems to be getting better on request which is a good thing the only thing I have complains about his neighbor‘s party until four in the morning screaming coloring, playing loud music called PD multiple times also have homeless people walking through the property as supposed to be gated which the gate works... read more
