We had such a great experience with Bell County Flooring. Joely was wonderful to work with. She came out and discussed what I was looking for. When I came to the show room she already had flooring options ready for me. We narrowed it down to 3 pretty quickly and I was able to take those samples home and make my decision. Install was seamless and done in with in a couple of days. I’m very pleased and will be using them for all my future projects!
Rene and his team are phenomenal to work with. Bringing clients in to the clean, well organized facility makes the flooring and tile selecting process a breeze! Will continue to use them for our flooring needs!
Extremely Disappointed – Poor Workmanship and No Accountability In December 2022, this company installed defective tile throughout my kitchen and bathroom. It took more than 8 months just to replace the kitchen tile—my bathroom tile was never addressed. During that time, grout began chipping in multiple areas. They returned to patch some of it, but the issue keeps recurring, and further requests for proper regrouting have been ignored.
