We had a great experience with Bell County Flooring! They were quick to acknowledge and remedy our previous flooring issues, and were more than gracious in getting it fixed. They helped us find a new product and get it installed quickly and as seamlessly as possible. Even when issues with install arose (as they always do, especially in our older home!), the whole team acted quickly and communicated effectively so I knew we were being well taken care of. We had such a great experience with Bell County Flooring. Joely was wonderful to work with. She came out and discussed what I was looking for. When I came to the show room she already had flooring options ready for me. We narrowed it down to 3 pretty quickly and I was able to take those samples home and make my decision. Install was seamless and done in with in a couple of days. I’m very pleased and will be using them for all my future projects!
