I've used Bell Co. Carpet services several times but this will be my last. The tech arrived 45 mins before my scheduled appt, which was not a problem since I had prepared most of the rooms the day before. He spent a total of 18 mins from the time he arrived until leaving to clean three rooms of carpet. He said it would take 2-4 hours for them to dry. Warning: Be wary of promises made over the phone at the time of scheduling. I called to take advantage of their (3) rooms + hallway for $89 special.When scheduling I told the "gentleman" on the phone that I did not have a hallway so was wondering if they could clean my area patio rug in lieu of the hallway. He said "absolutely...no problem." Today they show up and tell me that the area rug on the patio counts as one of the rooms. I told the technician that's not what was agreed to on the phone. This is the BEST place!! When they cleaned my carpet, I was SO pleased! I've used other companies and didn't get as thorough of a job as they did. Ten thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
