They had a huge truck parked on the wrong side of the street infront of my apartment for an hour.
Nick ( HR) extremely rude after we called to report a mudflap and frame came off one of their tractor trailers and my husband had to swerve off the road or it would have hit our car or worse come through the front window. He didn’t care and just said well did it hit your car did it did it. I said well know but it could have done some serious damage he just didn’t care and was extremely rude. I told him there was an incident report with the police and he just said good. Wow how does this place stay in business
Zero care for local motorists, earlier one of their flatbeds driving down expressway showering large gravel everywhere, creating slippery conditions and damaging multiple cars. Called Bell Cartage to complain, zero care given (seemed bothered by the call). Reported to MTO with video footage. Don't hesitate to report to MTO.
Govern ypur trucks.!!!! 120/h on 401 little stupid and illegal. Isnt there a dispatch or safety thar keeps an eye on it?
