Their customer service sucks. We had an appointment canceled after telling us they were on the way. After several more phone calls and repeated excuses, they said they could not come because of no park permits from the mobile home park. Our request for service was for them to diagnose OUR home plumbing issues and either clear the line or tell us if it was a blockage further down the line. We had been prior customers, but NOW they totally misunderstood the problem and caused us a delay as we had to find a REPUTABLE PLUMBER!
It was easy to schedule and the technicians were very helpful. They didn't service the kind of systems we had, and provided me with the info to get the right people over. Didn't even charge a visit fee!
I'm tired of getting your junk mail delivered every month
Very professional and very the through.
