Great Service, Nice selection of Eye wear. Dr Booth explains changes and offers suggestions if your needing updates in glasses. Great staff. Had an emergency. Saw me immediately and referred me to Opthamologist quickly. Very knowledgeable .
When I went for an exam in 2020 they were lovely to deal with and the optometrist I saw went above and beyond even though I was moving out of province. I’d never had such thorough treatment. At the time I only had enough coverage to update my lenses and they were perfect. Now that I’ve moved back I thought of this office when the arm of my frame came off. Secretaries were rude, uncaring and unhelpful. I’ll probably go back when I’m due for my next eye exam but I won’t be purchasing any glasses there.
Unfortunately, the front desk staff are awful to deal with. It’s unfortunate because I went here growing up for years, and I’ll never step foot in there again. Purely awful. Don’t waste your time.
Great with kids, however as a patient when i needed a major emergency eye exam because of a lesion on my eye, they couldnt accomodate me for a month. Switched my whole family. If they cant fit someone in for a major emergency eye exam, its time to look elsewhere.
Disaster!!! I brought my $700 transition glasses in for a minor adjustment. Walked out 5 minutes later with one lens ruined by heat. Was told it would 'fix itself in the sunlight'. Not true. When I went back in, another optician took one quick look and informed that they need to replace the lense and it will take 15 days.
