Wonderful service and very knowledgeable! I've always had such positive interactions with everyone there!
I stopped in to see if I could get a replacement screw for glasses purchased few years back. I found the receptionist quite rude. Placed me in the back, then whispered and giggled about me before telling me they couldn’t help me. I will never return.
Amazing staff all around and very patient and courteous! I went in to purchase sunglasses and had no idea what I was looking for as I’m fairly picky and have a slightly bigger then normal head lol! They took the time to help me find the perfect fit! and recommended a style that I normally would never have even bother trying! The glasses are perfect and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much for putting up with my pickiness! Highly recommend this place!!
I would discourage anyone from going to see this optometrist office. I went to ask to get the lens put back in my frame. I have a clear wire ( plastic) on the bottom of my glasses. I went to Bell and Booth to get it put back in. The SUPPOSEDLY TRAINED Optometric Assistant put the lens back in. I asked to get another pair of glasses that i bought at Bell snd Booth to get nose pads adjusted, which she said she couldn't do, as she said they couldn't be adjusted. Which is not true as I had the nose clips adjusted before. She was... read more
