I absolutely love Rachael. She convinced me to do prolonged exposure therapy for some MAJOR ptsd I was suffering from and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. Before the therapy I was a scared, hurt, angry, dissociated, self destructive and weak person because my ptsd had really taken over and I was spiritually and emotionally bankrupt. Rachael is absolutely amazing. She has helped me through some very tough times in my life. Her ability to listen, understand, and guide you through it all with passion and kindness was so welcoming. She was always there for support. She has a heart of gold and I always look forward to talking with her.
Great person, known Mrs. Bell for a long time and she is truly a caring person who goes above and beyond to help you with whatever you struggle with by providing you skills etc... I appreciate everything she has done and continues to do for me
