Bell-Anderson is very responsive to any service requests and makes sure to always take care of problems in a professional manner. Maria helped us a find a new apartment after our first lease was up. They were very professional with the move out and didn't overcharge for services that other property management companies usually way overcharge on. By far the most amazing family run management company around! We have rented a property ran by Bell Anderson for 8 years. When our daughter got sick with cancer not only did they work with us with understanding finances were all over the place but the company actually chipped in and paid our rent for a month to help us out. Highly recommend using this company
