Great service - Kind to renters I just moved into one of Bell Anderson's rental properties. They were extremely nice. So far they have been the best place that I have rented from. They showed me all of the available rentals and aided me in finding the perfect one for me. I highly recommend this company!

We didn't have a good experience with Bell-Anderson We were on the other side and didn't have a good experience with Bell-Anderson. We signed a contract for BA to market and rent our home. They were slow to market our home. Once they finally had ads placed and photos posted it was another disapointment. The pictures were blurry and the photos were odd. The ad copy (description of the house) was poorly written. They let ads expire and no one could find our house. We dealt with 2 different people in the Bell-Anderson office an... read more

Bell-Anderson started off on the wrong foot... Bell-Anderson started off on the wrong foot with me and left a terrible impression. When scheduling to view one of their homes they were renting, one of their property managers was kind enough let me view the home on a Sunday, but she forgot what time she originally scheduled the appointment, then changed it that day and didnât remember she did so, therefore she was late.
