These folks are a royal pain. They scheduled a vendor, notified us tenants. Vendor no-shows. Several days later they sent out a notice informing us that the vendor " notified them after the fact that they needed to reschedule". Inexplicably they reschedule the same vendor, again the vendor no shows. This was 6-8 weeks ago and they have apparently just decided to forgo the work all together. Trash company, I have never gotten a hold of someone without multiple calls and emails over at least a week. They know nothing about the properties they manage and can't provide the most basic of information. Asking for proof of insurance is a yearly ordeal that takes weeks, should be handled in one email. Over 10 years dealing with this company, truly some of the worst professional interactions I've ever had.
