Trash company, I have never gotten a hold of someone without multiple calls and emails over at least a week. They know nothing about the properties they manage and can't provide the most basic of information. Asking for proof of insurance is a yearly ordeal that takes weeks, should be handled in one email. Over 10 years dealing with this company, truly some of the worst professional interactions I've ever had.
