Positioned the lakes and lead to a mass kill off of fish and wildlife in the lakes community in Kent.
Horrible, awful company. They crashed our finances, then stopped working with our association and stopped paying our bills altogether because they felt we weren't worth it" (their words). All the while, taking our $2,800/month. Imagine hiring a management company that refuses to even take meeting minutes or even participate in the meetings. They just took our money and did nothing for years. Ignored emergencies, rude to owners, rude to Board members, absolute nightmare.
Update: As it stands, we left BA in June of 2025, and they have still provided ZERO meeting minutes. They are currently withholding documents from us; this should be ILLEGAL. If I could give negative stars I would! This company managed my association for upwards of 20 years and led our HOA into complete chaos and financial ruin!! My experiences working with Debi have been great! She is super responsive and you can tell she cares a lot about taking care of her properties and residents. Strongly recommend!
Easily the worst ran HOA... If I'm on a game show and they said "call a live number w/ a person that should answer & if the person doesn't answer you get 1 million dollars" I'm callling this place every time lol There's no chance they answer phone calls. I'm actually completely confused as to how they're still in business
