I called at five A.M. because my daughter was having an asthma attack. They asked me about 15 questions. I asked if they have someone on the way. He said no. He had to ask me all the questions. First told me I could hang up and call the police then said something else slick So I started recording the call. Guess what he got his act together. I am very disappointed with the Milwaukee Area Ambulances. Months ago I went to Urgent Care and my urgent care wanted a transfer to another location (Mequon to Menomonee Falls) (Non-Emergency) for an MRI at that location. I sat in the back, not hooked up to anything. My wife was right behind me in the car that brought me to Urgent Care. I wish I would have been more forceful with the Urgent Care clinic that I refuse the ambulance transfer ride.
