I needed some all weather floor mats for my Subaru Forester and Belknap Subaru was having a pretty good sale on genuine Subaru parts. I purchased the mats at a good price online and picked them up at the dealer with no problems whatsoever. Definitely a good experience overall.
Got my recall fixed for the airbag did not reinstall my pistol magnet on my dash after the work was done. Did a free multi point inspection and gave me prices for what the major repairs will cost, and topped off my oil. And I got a free loaner car overall I'm happy
