While in Pigeon Forge during my granddaughter's Spring Break softball trip, my brakes failed. I managed to get the vehicle into Rocky Top Ford. I was greeted by Otto. Otto listened to my concerns and took it upon himself to crawl under the vehicle to identify the problem. He called me over to point out where the brake fluid was "gushing" out. This service department is the absolute worst I have ever seen and I'm old. They had my F-150 for almost three weeks for a software problem? They called after the first week and said yup all fixed come on down . I said great got there still had the same problem the service advisor insisted it was fixed I had to take him to the truck and demonstrate that it was not working...Then he said we will have to keep it for a while I said ok just fix it!! Purchased a 22 dodge ram today my sales person John Henry was great helped me get the truck for a great price
My estimate started around $8464 and ended at $13600, adding insult to injury it took around 6 weeks (more on this below). After they 'disassembled' the vehicle, they found the other $50000+ in damages. I'm no body repair person but come on, I guess they employ low skill estimators or possibly they are just dishonest. This was by in far the worst repair experience of my life. No possible way would I refer a single person here.
