Terrible, very bad service. Gave me a haircut I did not ask for and then berated me to pay more money without confirming my service needed.

My mom had a horrible experience here and I would highly recommend not going for a haircut. She had asked for a specific length for her cut which was completely ignored and the stylist cut her hair so short. When she mentioned this was not what she asked for, she was made to feel like she was in the wrong and that they knew what cut would look better on her than what she wanted and was not asked prior to them cutting her hair the length they wanted. I would give no stars if I could. Will never forget the unprofessional service I received here which left me with my hair worse off than when I entered. GO TO LOTUS SALON! I often think about my traumatizing experience here. I shouldn’t have paid for the service.

This is my third time visiting Belisa for a threading service, and I am extremely satisfied with the experience every time. The staff is professional, friendly, and makes me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The salon is clean, well-maintained, and has a relaxing atmosphere.
