Nasty lady at the front desk. She doesn’t remember anything, keep saying I spoke to you yesterday, 10 mins back, etc. She is pretty unprofessional. I would never prefer nor refer anyone to this place. After repeated follow ups I finally made it to this place. I was late by 13 mins and she asks me to reschedule. There was no other client and they could have considered. Worst service ever!

My first time getting a medium fade by Justice she did an awesome job cut for me. I told her if I was satisfied she would have me as a customer. I will return thank you Justice.

Terrible, very bad service. Gave me a haircut I did not ask for and then berated me to pay more money without confirming my service needed.

My mom had a horrible experience here and I would highly recommend not going for a haircut. She had asked for a specific length for her cut which was completely ignored and the stylist cut her hair so short. When she mentioned this was not what she asked for, she was made to feel like she was in the wrong and that they knew what cut would look better on her than what she wanted and was not asked prior to them cutting her hair the length they wanted. I would give no stars if I could. Will never forget the unprofessional service I received here which left me with my hair worse off than when I entered. GO TO LOTUS SALON! I often think about my traumatizing experience here. I shouldn’t have paid for the service.
